Dog Training for the AKC Canine Good Citizen Test

This class takes the dog/handler team to the next level of education. More challenging real-life scenarios are practiced, & students are prepared for the Canine Good Citizen test, which we regularly offer. Focus is on public behavior, such as mannerly greeting both people & dogs, the ability to walk nicely on leash ignoring other dogs & people, coming when called & staying where placed for a short time. CGC Certified dogs often qualify their owners for insurance discounts and can qualify to live in rental properties that typically don't accept pets.
